How to overcome a fear (Hyun jung oh)

What is holding you back?
Every individuals feel fear from the different causes.
Most of people are destined to feel scared in this life.
In other word, fear can be useful to keep ourself alive.
But I think fear is just a big obstacle in our life.
How can you overcome it?
There are three ways to overcome a fear.
First, face your fear to become stronger.
If you face your fear, you will gain strength, courage and confidence.
And the next thing that comes along will be easier to handle.
Also, to gain a wider perspective of human have to step up and face your fear.
Second, take action, and get busy.
If you are fearing something, take action and get busy.
If you are busy, there is no time to thinking a fear. You might be busy to think another things. So finally you forget about the fear.
The last one is if you are christian, pray to the God.
In bible, it said, "Do not afraid God is always with us".
Whenever you are fearing, think about this phrase and pray to the God.
God will be solve our problem and make us relief.
And I think this is the most effective method to relief a fear .
In conclusion, face your fear to become stronger,take action, and get busy, pray to the God is the way to overcome a fear.
Of course, for each person, they have their own treatment. So some pepple will not agree with my idea.
But remember, the most important thing is when you fear at something, just face it and find your solution by yourself.
